Discovery Session: The introductory discussion that is scheduled with you once you’ve expressed interest in our services. It typically serves as the first conversation to explore your goals and how we might work together. The Discovery Session runs for 30 minutes.
Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Describe what is required of the client prior to their appointment arrival, such as coming in with no makeup, or arriving at the appointment 15 minutes early.
Cancellation policies
Cancellations will be not refunded 12 hours or less than 12 hours before the start of the session.
Payment policies
Describe important details like deposit information, fees surrounding no-shows, cancelations or late arrivals, or accepted payment methods.
